i do not think nasha a good idea as in dennis the menis, nasha is the name dennis gives to his dog and in general many dogs are named nasha.

Thats not correct. 'Chopping off' usually involves either bone being removed, or muscle tissue being removed. Neither is removed, its more comparable to a skin graft. Basically a little piece of skin gets removed.
