Do the quiz. I know its a little late. Well past 'earth day', but that does not mean we do not want to know.
IF EVERYONE LIVED LIKE YOU, WE WOULD NEED 1.7 PLANETS.
Probably quite high as it asked a car question and I do not drive. I just put in I always have someone else in the car. (well if I am in it, we do need a driver!)
I couldn't answer some questions accurately so i made a guess. But my footprint totalt was 5.3. What is this foot print for i don't understand??? Explain it in simple terms please i can't be asked to read through all the FAQ's.
If every single person in the world lived like you, we would need 5.3 earths to provide the resources.
We only have one!
As you said, the process is slightly confised by some of the questions, and probably some assumptions in the thing.
There is no question on how long you keep your PC on etc... but its a good guide.
"For too long, we have been a passively tolerant society, saying to our citizens 'as long as you obey the law, we will leave you alone'" - David Cameron, UK Prime Minister. 13 May 2015.
nah it says everyone would need 2.9 planets if they lived like me. I don't get it?
I mostly walk everywhere. Only 3 ppl in my house including me. Small 2 bed house. If i use a car it's always with someone else.
Don't produce much garbage.
As far as being green goes i thght i do pretty well, could do better of course. Silly survey i need to email them :?
It does make alot of assumptions, so aslong as you think you are doing what is possible then its ok.
Part of the assumption is probably that there ius alot of waster produced in london...

Oh. Do you guys get waste recycling bins now? Is it all over the UK? Coz in my town they now give you a bin with a brown lid for garden waste, a box for paper waste, and a norm green bin for all other waste.
What about London is that happening there too?
I know ways i could be more green, in energy efficiency a lot of things could be done, and water efficiency.
i got 2.2, does that mean im quite eco-friendly?
yep we have recycling boxes in london there is even a very dishy hot pink bag we get round here for our newspaper n a greenbox for jars, for glasses we just walk 10 metres from our door steps n pop it in those massive boxes for all different coloured glass

Yep, we get two recycling bins one for paper the other for plastic... or is it metal and plastic... i dunno my mom usually puts it out with the non-recyclable garbage.
We've also got a this huge bin outside one of our mosques for clothes that people dont want anymore that are sent to places like Pakistan/afgan/Iraq.
According to that survey the average is 5.3 in the UK but im a 2.2... thats kinda almost half.... but not quite.
I was disappointed when i got to the end it dont make much sense.

Me!
