It's very distinctive - so far I've been promised nazi gold, various dead relatives money, commissions for helping former african dictators bring their money to widows in the US, lottery tickets and (my personal favorite) people just flat out offering me money for absolutely no reason what so ever.
I receive them types of emails on my yahoo but not on my hotmail (phew!), they are so lame and its obvious they are talkin a load of rubbish but I guess you can get naive stupid people who will fall for it, feel sorry for them!

I haven't been especially regular... I've managed to heap large amounts of responsibility upon myself in a relatively short amount of time. How are you?
I suspect if you talk to your local police something can be done about that. Chain scams are illegal here and Europe and UK are generally even more strict on that sort of activity, email is one thing but sending that directly to your house is invasive.
As if the police are going to do something about this....they are tied up with more 'serious' crimes. Scams like this hard to track if the address is foreign and especially if it has a PO Box number.
