help with finding a surah

hi....

i was reading the benefits of reciting the quran last nite and i came up with a particular surah which i can not seem to find...

the name of it is surah inaam... does anyone know of it... maybe there is a different name to...but apparently if u recite this surah on the day of Judgment a caller will say "come to jannah".

9) (On the Day of Judgement) a caller will say O Recitor of Surah Inaam, come to Jannat for loving Surah Inaam and its recitation.

that is the write name of the surah

source :

That wasn't the question, but which one is it. It seems to be called An'aam (the 6th surah).

Some ahadith on Talbina

Aisha (ra) used to recommend talbina for the sick and for the one grieving over a dead person. She (ra) used to say, "I heard the Messenger Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam (Peace and Blessings be upon him) saying, ' The talbina gives rest to the heart of the patient and makes it active and relieves some of his sorrow and grief.' " Sahih al-Bukhari (5325)

Aishah (ra) said that whenever one of her relatives died, the women assembled and then dispersed (returned to their houses) except her relatives and close friends. She (ra) would order that a pot of talbina be cooked. Then Tharid (a dish prepared from meat and bread) would be prepared and the talbina would be poured over it. Aisha (ra) would say (to the women), "Eat of it, for I heard the Messenger Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam (Peace and Blessings be upon him) saying, 'The talbina soothes the heart of the patient and relieves him from some of his sadness.' " Sahih al-Bukhari (5058)

Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated, "If any of the Messenger's Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam (Peace and Blessings be upon him) family became ill, the Messenger (Sallallahu alayhi Wasallam) would say, 'It soothes the grieving heart and cleanses the ailing heart just as one of you cleans dirt off his face with water.' " Sahih Sunan Ibn Maajah (3445)

" Sahih al-Bukhari (5325)

Aishah (ra) narrated that the Messenger Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam (Peace and Blessings be upon him) said, "You should eat the beneficial thing that is unpleasant to eat (talbina), meaning broth." If any member of the Messenger of Allah's family was sick, the cooking pot would remain on the fire until one of two things happened, either the person recovered or died." Sahih Sunan Ibn Maajah (3446)

Talbina Recipe

It is similar to porridge. It derives from the word Laban, meaning yoghurt where it is similar in consistency.

Ingredients

1 - 2 tbsp wholegrain barley flour
1 cup water
milk (optional)
yoghurt (optional)
honey (optional)
butter (optional)

Directions

1. Mix 1 - 2 tbsp wholegrain barley flour to 1 cup water.

2. Place on a low heat for 10 - 15 minutes and stir consistently until thick and it is similar in consistency as porridge.

3. Add honey/yoghurt/milk/butter to the recipe a optional extras to your taste. You could substitute milk for water. You could alternatively add butter to the recipe to make a barley version of halwa. You could add less flour and make a talbina smoothie with fruit.

It is not always possible to find barley flour. In this case you will need to soak the barley in water overnight. Drain the water and whizz it in a blender until smooth. Thereafter follow steps 1 - 3 above.

May Allah shine sweet faith upon you this day and times beyond. May your heart be enriched with peace, and may your home be blessed always. Ameen.

thank you ever so much... very useful information...

appreciate ur time and effort in sharing such wonderful knoweledge that u have....
