As a united fan...I am finding Cristiano Ronaldo very veryy veryyyyyy annoying jus like any other united fan. Well i think SAF should let him go cause NO PLAYER IS BIGGER THAN MANCHESTER UNITED...UNITED WERE CHAMPIONS BEFORE HE ARRIVED and WILL BE CHAMPIONS WHEN HE GOES!...SAF should let him go for about 80million...n buy quality players...we need a right back, 2 wingers and another striker...soo nybody else finding this annoyin?? I also think SEPP BLATTER SHOULD KEEP OUT OF DIS N KEEP HIS MOUTH SHUT!

I think the time for meta-topics is over. every new subject should be given its own topic. Why?
1. We are no longer over burdened with posters. Meta-topics were big when we used to have 50+updated forum topics everyday.
2. smaller topics fit in better with the new software.
3. It stops posters being picked on.
4. Do you know how hard it is to find a single post that is somewhere in a meta-topic like "No Topic"?.
Others can freely disagree.

As a fan, I wouldnt have minded CR wanting to go....had he shown us, the fans, a lil more respect. A simple, 'Im sorry and Im gona miss ya, thanks for the support, but its my dream etc'
Its the way hes behaving that gets to me. A player probably hasnt been this adored at OT since Cantona.
Reminds me of Heinze..........loved, but will be hated so quickly. CR only had to perform highly for us for the next two seasons and he would go down as a legend....just as Henry did a good amount of years at arsenal before moving on, which the arsenal fans could understand.
I would rather have one tevez-rooney type of player in my team than 11 ronaldos... the likes of tevez, rooney, scholes play with their heart. As good as ronaldo has been for us, it did seem like his heart wasnt at the club at times...esp after winning in moscow, became too clear when he retracted his comment within a few hours after telling the post-match commentator that he was gonna stay.
I, in my years as a united fan, have seen cantona, stam, irwin, schmeichal, beckham, keano, cole, yorke and many more depart from the corridors of old trafford....I even struggled to back fergie on RUUD's departure (a player I still regard as oustanding and the best finisher in the world).....but Manchester United have always lived on, only to provide new players and new teams who play that same thrilling exhilerating entertaining brand of football that we fans have become used to and adore.
as for CR.......he cant reach higher than he already is, only gona be average most times, amazing occasionaly. Real Madrid however, will see shirt sales pick up rapidly...a sight not seen since beckham left.
