I think that was a bit mean. :doubt: Its undeserving to rape victims as well. I thought the piece was a testament to the fact that despite the idea that sex rules everything in our society, the reality is far from the truth.

Never really considered a celibate life to be honest.

Besides, i once heard that for every day that a woman is 'with-child' Allah (swt) assigns hundreds of angels to her to pray for her. So for every day soo many thousand of her sins are forgiven and by the time the child is born she is so free of sin she could enter heaven.

Which if you think about would be a very silly thing to give up.

Sometimes i think Allah (swt) makes it soo easy for us. That he's just looking for excuses to pardon us into heaven. Which is really cool.

I dont think so. For me giving a girl the title of sister is a way for me to show my respect and approval. Plus it allows me to clearly define a line between us, so she or anyone else doesnt mis-read my intentions. Heck i even use it with non-muslim women.

So if i call you sister, i do it out of respect for you. And so you dont misunderstand my intent.
