If it is low, then a new member.

If it is high, its someone who has changed their name... then it gets tricky.

Powers/Abilities: Able to fly, superhuman strength and endurance.

History: "This is a not an ordinary teddy-bear. When he was made, they found something wrong with him, and threw him away like a piece of rubbish into an old dark storeroom. Then from outer-space, a spotty man bought him back to life with his cosmic dust. He took him to a magic cloud where Mother Nature gave him special powers. That bear became Super Ted!"

After being granted his powers (which he activated by whispering a magic word to himself), Super Ted defended the Earth ably assisted by his alien friend Spotty, while fighting various evil plots hatched by the cowboy supervillain Texas Pete, and his two incompetant sidekicks Bulk (a strong, fat and extremely dim man) and Skeleton (a somewhat fey living/undead skeleton).
