HOW DO YOU LET SOMEONE KNOW YOU LIKE THEM?

Mr brother has this problem. He’s madly in love with this decent, religious girl but he doesn’t know how to tell her he likes her without offending her.

Just for him I met this girl once and she really was lovely. But when I raised the marriage issue she became embarrassed and changed the subject. If this girl gets embarrassed in front of girls then I can’t imagine what she would do if my brother approached her. It’s hard for religious people to make the first move. But love is not forbidden in our religion. This girl has no clue about my brother, she doesn’t even know him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So how do religious people approach the subject of love and marriage without offending others?

What if parents say No and she says Yes? Thats a bigger dilemna.

Look if she says yes then my brother would obviously get the go ahead to approach her parents. But that brother of mine is too shy for his own good.

It seem you have a different problem everytime you on.

Anyway, it is quite complicated. It quite normal for a person not to open up straight away. So i wouldn't be too surprise with the response of her. It maybe too early to get parents involve, it best to find out what she is looking for in her future husband and then make a decision about involving the parents. You going to need patience in this situation. If it possible it might be best to ask someone who she trust or knows about what she wants and her idea of marriage and then take it from there.

or are you trying to say what if he tells the parents and they say no, and he asks her - and she then says yes............why would you do that anyway

if its not got the blessings of the parents for valid reasons, its not worth going near IMO

Almost nothing I say is going to be useful to you since I come from a totally different background but has he thought of just... telling her and seeing how that goes? Don't guys negotiate directly with the girls' parents in this situation?

I think the best thing to do is approach the parents or ask a friend of the girls to see who she feels about the guy and take if from there, if she dont like him fine he can move on, if she does get the parents involved.

i find this situation incredibly funny

first of all , how can your bro be madly in love with her if they have not even met, it sounds like he probably attracted to her and would like her as a wife , in that case he should not want to marry everybody he is attracted to , otherwise he be very confused person wanting to marry a lot of girls.

you only have two options
