we all know the story:
girl goes to college, given more freedom, maybe too much, she strts going off rails.
but how can you control this and stay within limits?
my cousin has just started college, and she is a stunning girl, recently ost a few stones and boosted her confidence. now lads are falling at her feet. and not in a good way.
we went to manchester on weekend and she was eyeing the boys up. in a restauarnt a guy followed my sis to toilet to try and get her to give my cousin his number. she told him to get lost of course.
her younger sister told us the cousin has a boyfriend at college, even though her family are thinking of getting her married to her cousin in pak.
her mum and dad have found out about her flirty ways and are trying to push her into religion, with it having the opposit effect.
im not sure wt to do. i want to teach her about religion, and stop her misbehaving, but how can i do it without making her switch off and sounding like im preaching?
teach her with love and patience
dont push em to Islam
show them whats right and wrong, and the effects of whats wrong
even if they carry on, in the back of theyre head they'll be more conscious
give her time, but dont leave her
The Lover is ever drunk with love;
He is free, he is mad,
He dances with ecstasy and delight.
Caught by our own thoughts,
We worry about every little thing,
But once we get drunk on that love,
Whatever will be, will be.

Moderation is the key
Teach her slowly, sit her down every now and again, say eery weekend, not only her but a few of ya cuzns, that way no1 feels like you pointing a finger, and talk about whats goin on in the world, and how we all gna die n then v gta answer to our lord.
You gta tell them the piunishments of the afterlife, then go into how much they hav been blessed with. A slowly, they become consious about every action they take.
You cant shove summin down someones throat, cuz that will jus make them go further and further away.

Some ppl make their goals the stars.
They may live n die n never reach the stars,
but in the darkness of the night, those stars will guide them to their destination.
Becuz they made them in their eyesight

She is not doing anything wrong.
So calm down.
If she wants to get married to someone in her college, then what more can you ask for ?
Get her married to the guy !!
Or, do you want her to run away with him ?
He is her first love. If you drag her to Pakistan and forcibly wed her, then she will go mental.
You want that to happen ?
She is young, pretty girl in the prime of life. Do not supress her.
You all will be responsible for destroying a budding soul.
God's forbids it.
Omrow
What if the guy is a fool and the girl is naive?
which is the case most of the time unfrotunately

Good point binger.
In that case you SHOW her that she has fallen for an idiot.
How ?
Easy:
You tell her to ask him to perform certain tasks that would prove to her that he really not worth it.
Please don't ask me here what those tasks might be.
Girls, and guys, would shell me right here. I already got Con on my case.
Its not too difficult to get a guy to make a fool of himself.
Girls are a different breed altogether.
Omrow
Looks like your talkin from experience!
As for helpin your cuz just keep workin on her but dont force Islam down her throat, take her to Islamic events i/e nasheed concerts etc. Use her interests to teach her about Islam, keep workin on it and Inshallah she will see whats right and whats wrong.
exactly
the boy makes a fool of himself each time he posts
hey omro how about a Nisan Micra for my post above
Most of the muslim "bad girls" I know never really had discipline at home... so it's not really like they came to college "found freedom" and started acting as they do.
most of the muslim bad girls I know (which beleive me is a lot) had OTT discipline at home
gurdian did an article on this once-
Omrow can yu not use the word binger.
It is a reference towords someone being addicted to crack-cocaine.
"For too long, we have been a passively tolerant society, saying to our citizens 'as long as you obey the law, we will leave you alone'" - David Cameron, UK Prime Minister. 13 May 2015.
thats news to me
stupid omro
I dunno.. maybe it's just a kid thing
It's still best avoided, if it has multiple meanings.
At a minimum it will cause confusion over wether its an insult or not. at most it will be an actual insult.

The word "screw" also has multiple meanings.
Should I not use it ?
Following your advice then, if I go into a hardware store, should I ask:
" Excuse me girl, I need that "thing" you do illegally with your boyfriend."
Omrow
Omrow,
You will not pick anyone up that way in a hardware store but I praise your honesty.
btw 'illegally'? Sounds depraved whatever it is.
Whatever you do, know that I will always love you. Or else.
Don't you mean that "thing", which Admin does not wants us to utter.
I daren't pursue this one. Too funny.
Whatever you do, know that I will always love you. Or else.
as always context.
Your usage of binger could be either or, with no clear separation of context.
and Omrow I do have a reply to your b&q example, but its not suitable. Lets just say you would not ask her to give it to you, but ask where are they..

That was funny.
what are you guys talking about
Inuendo, its what made me back in high school, and by biggest weakness after I converted, i still find it hard to come up jokes whereas before. I would come up with one liners to my own one liners.
oh dear
Gentleness and kindness were never a part of anything except that it made it beautiful, and harshness was never a part of anything except that it made it ugly.

No no please explain to me fully what you mean.
I have no idea what you are inuendoing
I can be thick; are you pulling a smart comment or are you serious about being unaware of this.
If its the latter this thing we're discussing is epitomized by the character Todd in 'scrubs'.
