my lie in's are just about getting me kick out of 6 form.
Getting out of bed alone is a mission never mind being on time.
I'll wake up, look at teh time and will say another minute in bed and then i'll get out. My minute turn's into another half hour of napping time.

u guys make me weep boo hoo u get 5 hours sleep, u get up at 8 or 7am u are living a life of luxury!
I get up for fajr around 5ish. Then my son thinks it's a good idea to wake me up for 6 am. My day starts at 6am whether i like it or not. Yes he sleeps thru the night so i can't complain. But i've never slept in, i get migranes like MS and i can survive quite well on 4 hrs sleep. But i'd love to get a bit more sleep i can dream about it, but it won't happen not for the next few yrs.
Depending on what I'm doing I get up between 7 and 10. If I've got a very early start I often stay up all night and catch up eventually. I like to be up by 7.30 every day but I give myself a lot of slack. I have an ambition to be up at 5.30 most weekdays to get any writing and organising out of the way and still have a busy day ahead in keeping with advice from a poet/playwright I greatly admire, but as of yet I haven't disciplined myself to accept the early nights and most days I'm pretty listless. Must try harder.

that;s what i used to do 100, when i was at uni i'd be up crack of dawn get my homework done, coz i work best early mornings. then i don't stress so much the rest of the day. Can be hard but once u get used to it it's pretty cool.
Thanks, I'll recommit to that. (Part of me longs for the return of hardcore partying days but that can wait until my magnum opus is complete and fit to market.)

I'm more of a night person, do all my work in the evenings/nights.
When I was doing my exam yesterday I dosed off for a few minutes, happened a couple of times. Luckily still managed to finish the exam paper. Had I fallen asleep I doubt someone would have woken me up.
I stayed awake all night revising, my revision is something like this. Revise for an hour -> spend 2 hours online -> revise for another hour -> spend 2 hours eating and watching videos online....

Man claims new sleepless record
A Cornish man says he has broken the world record for sleep deprivation by staying awake for 11 days and nights.
Tony Wright, 42, from Penzance, was trying to beat the Guinness world record of 264 sleepless hours set by Randy Gardner in the US in 1964.
He fought off tiredness by drinking tea, playing pool and keeping a diary.
The Guinness Book of Records has since withdrawn its backing of a sleep deprivation class because of the associated health risks.

Stayed awake for 11 days and nights only to find out that the world record is no longer recognised.
currently my sleep pattern is disturbed by my sisters
i'm officially off uni so i dont need to wake up early and can sleep in till 10/11
my sister is in her work placement and needs to leave the house before 8
so at night when she wants to sleep - i want to play games on the laptop-listen to music etc and she wants the lights off
and in the mornings she gets ready ready loudly whilst im still asleep- opens the curtains so the light shines in my face and wakes me up
as a result - neither one of us gets sufficient sleep
and when i dont get my 12 hours sleep
im very grumpy
Can't you play games and listen to music in the mornings or in the afternoon as you haven't got uni?
nope
cos mornings is the time to lie in
late nights are tv, film and music time
afternoon is shopping time
You go shopping every day!?
I also play games at night...every night as I'm also off uni. As a result my lil bro doesn't want to sleep in my room anymore
try kalm. Dont worry they are herbal and encourage natural sleep. You feel dead relaxed and stress free after you taken them.
No not the gum drop buttons! – Gingy
or you can try and do this.
Stay awake for one night and see what happens the next. That's what you call natural.
CAN'T GET TO SLEEPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!
