I remember Dr Phil I think he's great, used to watch him on Oprah. I often thght he's the only American i've seen on TV who has half a brain. Not that Americans don't have brains! BTW I don't think it's true that we're unwelcoming of newbies at all. Coz apart from Ramz other sisters and brothers have joined new recently and I've not seen any complaints from them.
Contrary to popular opinion there is no club like the dead poets society here. Most of us only know each other via the internet. Some of us get on with certain members more than others, so we may PM each other a bit more. But that doesn't mean we're chit chatting about other members. We're just discussing topics or looking out for each other when there are long term absences or personal problems. That's quite normal isn't it?
