I might call my son Jack, so if any friends spot him in the airport, theY wave their arms around and yell: "HI, JACK!" 😂
Actually I thought I might call my son Rodriguez Amadeus cos it sounds slick, or al Khawarithmi, because I love the phonics in that name. 8) 😃

Shaykh Nazim Haqqani

Well you lot may be laughing but the term hijack was presented in a very similar way...
from whaty I have heard it was invented in the prohibition period in American history.
when the police would catch a driver smuggling booze, they would say 'Hi, Jack'.
I think it meant something like 'leave the truck here and we'll let you go. Otherwise we will arrest you, get real details and convict you.'
so a Hi Jack was the authorities commandeering vehicles smuggling booze.
Well that is the story I was told... and I tend to believe it as I saw it on the net. and as we know everything on the net is true. (it was a reliable site, but I cannot remember which one though..)

i wanted to call my son, insha-allah if i ever have a son aryaan. i think its such a beautiful name, it means of utmost strnegth but guess what stupid shah rukh khan named his son aryan, so evry1 will end up thinking i copied him. stupid!
i think arabic names are the prettiest and i think its important that names have good meanings.
i have another name, Amirah, which means leader of all princesses. u like?
names
for a second I though you were planning on calling him 'insha-allah'!
what does aryan mean?
I would not use it due to the 'aryan people'. blond haired blue eyed that hitler called the superior race... even though he had brown eyes and dark hair...

its not exactly aryan, its aryaan, its a beautiful name, i dnt care what hitler defined his ideal people as.
if i give my son this name, if i ever have a son (insha-allah), he can bring a new meaning, he can define himself... 😉
names
that is one meaning of the name admin, related to Nazis and Aryan ppl.
It predates Nazi regime though. It's indian in origin, perhaps even Hindu. It means son of a noble. That's what google told me lol.
Doesn't seem appropriate for a muslim child, best ask a scholar to be sure 😉

hey i found it in a islamic baby names website,
oh whats the point, stupid shah rukh khan stole the name off me anyway...
names
well you can start a petition to get him to change it...
but it'll not get you anywhere...
With names I always try to think of the worst twist that can happen... I have seen way too many kids tormented because their names do not work well in english...
So if it cannot be twisted too much then its ok. There will always be some twisting though...

Muhammed - One who is worthy of praise.
Several Hadiths state that for a Muslim who bears this name, it is haram for hell fire to touch his skin.
I think that's one name to help in the akhirah!!!
Another states that the man who has four children (or three in some narrations) and doesn't name one of them Muhammad, is ignorant.
Asif - Grand Vizier (advisor) to Hadhrat Sulaiman alaihsallam,
Means one who is wise, noted for his wisdom/knowledge. Also means stormy. Name is mentioned in the Quran in Surah al Anbiya I believe.
This is surprisingly true as everyone seems to think I have the answer to all their questions (which I generally do) and give advice.
