Well technically its not spam since he's not posted the same thread like 10 times and there are no dodgy links... and he doesnt seem to have done anything wrong.
He is guilty of nothing more that not give more detail on what he's asking.

So he's posted it on a few other places as long as its not posted 10 times on here its not spam imo.
