the reason why it doesnt seem islamic is the fact that useless thread on useless kuffar actors are being made, those actors who care about name, fame and wealth and dont consider Allah [saw] in their lives. So what sort of image will they give to muslims and how can these name and fame people help us muslims? NO WAY exactly so this thread is totally useless

But i will add, that story bout tom cruise was to show how he got worked up by just being thrown water at him which kind reminds me a bit bout you right now, get worked up over lil things...keep one thing in mind there are non-muslims also on this forum and we are makin this forum appealin to all who want 2 learn bout islam. ok this thread may not be the best in the forum which is why everyone can make their own threads or post in threads which are interestin...there are loads of good threads on this forum i think you are just judging this forum based on one or two threads.

Islam is a way of life, not just a faith.

As such anything you encounter in life has an Islamic aspect.

Thus even this 'silly news' has an Islamic aspect.

We could discuss wether this will improve relations between the inhabitants of the communities either sied of that border. Or wether they will start firing over other things. Starting with rubbish, followed by explosives?

No one has to agree with me or anyone else. However saying its pointless in a thread called 'silly news' is erm... pointless.

Ofcourse this thread is pointless. It for silly, entertaining news.

I have learnt a few things from the topics of Dajjal, Gog and Magog, and a few others.

Other topics make us aware of what is happening around the world.

I am a laid back person, and I like these forums as we have quite a few laid back (read lazy :P) people here.

PS If there is a topic anyone wants to discuss, feel free to start a topic.

l33t and noob are the only things I know... largely because whenever I ask for help in various "help chatrooms" for things people generally laugh and all say "noob" and when I ask what that means they tell me I don't know what I am talking about and to go away.

I keep getting this error when I try to do wireless at school, something about "detecting proxy settings" is that a hardware problem (cuz the school won't help if that's the case) or a software problem (cuz then they HAVE to help)

The proxy setting are software related.

Unless your adapter is knackered, and cannot find the settings already supplied to you.

(And I may be wrong aswell but hey, that's unlikely.)

Everything I know is when I ran into a problem, and because everyone turns to me, I have noone to turn to.

I learnt html/asp/php etc because I needed it. I only learnt exactly what I needed. No more, as I know I will be able to find the info I need when I need it.

Computer problems I learnt about by coming across them on my own computer.

You can learn alot by breaking things ,and trying to fix them. Occasionally fail, and need to cough up.

But if you think we need a technical thread, there are probably a few of us that knbow abit about many different things.

I hate it when ppl use that, i still dont know what the 1st two words are except for the last one which is language..i cant believe ppl actually write in that way its soo annoyin but above all pointless cuz its not like they are using it as shorthand, just addin stupid letters which are SUPPOSED to look like a letter!
