I dont think so.....Umrah can be done in an hour whilst the rites of Hajj take place over a period of 5 days. I think that nothing can mentally prepare you for Hajj.

IMO if one has the money they should do Hajj first. I've done both...I dont feel that my umrah prepared me for my Hajj.
