The first time i saw a pic of him i thought.. Wat The HeLL!!!
He is defently annoyin!!!!
Haven't seen any of the shows or the film, but he seems a bit risque.
There should be plenty on youtube, so I'll get back to you on it.
Yeaaa youtube has got tons of videos of him, my frend sent me a clip of him and i watched like 2 mins of it and i was like WHAT THE HELL!!!!!
Thats all i've seen of the guy and from that 2 mins clip i have come to a conclusion HE IS FRIGGIN ANNOYING!
well basically if u havent found out by now he is an ali g character and is supposedly filmed in kazakhastan he i think is supposed 2 be muslim not sure and has a lot of sick humour and anti semmtic remarks which lead to humour
Those who danced were thought to be quite insane, by those who couldn't hear the music...
neva heard of him
To be beautiful is to expect nothing in return.
Not to worry, i only found out he exisited 2 weeks ago..
He isn't supposed to be Muslim and nor is he ethnically similar to most Kazakhs, but the idea was to parody a character from some backwater former Soviet territory that nobody really knows about, and not specifically to offend the Kazakhs although that has definitely fuelled publicity.
Probably the character will become dated and like Ali G he will die off at the point when he has nothing left but cliches, which is what I see happening in his publicity interviews. But he is very funny. People who have seen the movie love it or hate it but for the most part they report that it is brilliant and hysterical and according to some reports it is set to become the highest grossing comedy of all-time. It is the second time Ed has had a post criticising Sacha Baron Cohen!

By all accounts Ed was a fan of Ali G
He who sacrifices his conscience to ambition, burns a picture to obtain the ashes!
Not as I remembered it but I can't find the original thread.

Oh! Maybe he changed his mind but as I recall we had an idepth conversation on the topic where Ed was for the 'promotion' of Ali G and I wasn't.

OK, if anyone can find the thread it will clear it up but I don't mind taking your word for it. Sorry Ed!

On this forum 'ED IS ALWAYS ANGRY!!!
So he would probably not back anyone on here.
He probably is a fan. reminds him of his younger days.

The Lover is ever drunk with love;
He is free, he is mad,
He dances with ecstasy and delight.
Caught by our own thoughts,
We worry about every little thing,
But once we get drunk on that love,
Whatever will be, will be.

I went to watch this movie yesterday with my missus-I felt it was a let down.
All my boys watched it and they did my head in to go watch it. Big mistake-Also its not an ideal film for girls to watch. I was covering my wifeys eyes throughout some scenes.
Perhaps one or two scenes were funny, but those were shown in the previews anyway.
I did like the bit when Borat had to sing the national anthem before a rodeo starts and to hype the crowd up he started yelling into the mic, how he supports the war against terror.. How all the terrorists should be blown up etc.. but then he went on to say "I hope you kill every man, woman and child in Iraq, down to the lizards" and then "may George W. Bush drink the blood of every man, woman and child in Iraq".. But he was shouting in the same town as before, still trying to get ther crowd hyped up.
He started off getting loads of cheers but by the end of his speech he got booed off.
What smacks it is most of the film is like a documentry. The events actually happened, apart from one or two scenes which were improvised, most of the film is real life with the public unaware that its being fimed for a movie.
The scene where Borat goes to learn etiquettes is jokes as is the scene where he goes into the hood and asks to be taught the language of the hood
Ive seen Borat on TV and it always made me cringe... its funny but not in a good way... if u get what im saying.
Back in BLACK

Watched a bit on youtube - I found some bits hilarious but most of it was just plain disgusting and made me cringe. Would I watch more of it?... no.
