use Macromedia fireworks, and bung in a few nice photoshop plugins..

You can use fireworks.

However if free is right up your alley, You can use [url=http://www.getpaint.net/index.html]paint.net[/url] and [url=http://www.inkscape.org]inkscape[/url].

First is a normal drawing program, the second a vector illustrator. Very powerful. I normally use that to make things, and paint.net to resize.

Thanks for that khan. Once I have a few I will use them. You never know I may even feel creative and make one myself!

Wow, they are good.....Khan's is nice and girlish looking and Seraph's is simple yet very outstanding.
