i've been watching GGM repeats on Sky these days
I've forgotten how funny that programme was
post all asian/exagerrated stereotypes here-NO COPY PASTE JOBS
also post weird rules that ur parents may have/did enforce on u
my family from back home never let me lean against/touch their precious creamy white walls
i also have a melodramatic extended family
#If you have a cut, bruise, headache, fever, cough, dry skin, rash, high blood pressure, whatever your ailment slap on some "Vickes" it is a cure for every disease imaginable
#Always buy carpets which are busy with floral patterns it will hide the dirt for longer so the vacuuming can be delayed . Match it with wallpaper, curtains and other decor with more flowers makes for a beauuutiful house..greenhouse more like.
# Clutter is the key to adorning every asian house. Into a box living room one can fit in 2 large sofas and 3 armchairs, who ever heard of a 3 piece suite every guest must a have place to perch
#Always offer tea to your guests, if they say no still present them with tea they really want a cup just being polite. Btw make sure you use the cheap floral tea cups with fake gold trims, they're so attractive and they match the decor!
# My parents recreated their own farmland in their back garden. Rows of runner beans, large orange pumpkins, tomotoes, strawberries, spuds, corriander, spinach, Mula and much more are dug out on a regular basis. I'm not complaining nothing beats the taste of home grown produce
We have that in our backgarden!! we had some spinich growing and tomatoes and herbs and stuff.
and we have speacial tea sets which are only used for guest and a rug that we only pull out when people are coming over.
Must have allot of time to sit down and watch trash on TV.
Yashmaki point one, I can relate and farming is therapeutic, my mom should open her own farmers market, selling local produce
And all you're other points I can relate to
its my summer holidays
i have no job
no work to do
my car is out with my older sister all day
all my mates are working
i dont "do" housework
baby sis is enrolled in an islamic summer school all day-so i cant play with her
of course I'll be glued in frnt of the telly all day
I got one - before the guest even enters the front door, you are to ask them if they want anything to eat or drink  ( I sometimes do that but now I kick myself and let the guest relax) - I hate it wen guests come over and mum is out, so uncomfortable!
lol,
well my granma just lives a lil dwn the road, so usually the guest cum to her house then ours, so whilst ther on the way to ours, my granmas quickly rings us and tells us to prepare for the guest!
those plastic pretend display flowers
wierd display ornaments
curtains , veils , wallpaper, carpet , sofas all with bright coloured flowers
force feeding your guests and not taking a no for an answer
talking really loud as if your guests are a mile away but actaully they sitting right next to you
That is worrying
