Oppressed women

this morning over breakfast mum was telling us about a couple of women who live on my road whom she visted today

one woman who is married to guy who is in jail with a life sentence was seen with two teeth knocked out-apprently her father in law did that

another woman was forced to sign a document that stated that once she gave birth she is not allowed to be in contact with her baby-she also reg gets beats from her in laws

another woman is trying to look for a refuge centre after she's been beaten up by her in laws

another lady had her head cracked by her hubby for tryng to get in contact with her famly back home

three of the ladies are from back home and one is from here-all married to scums

such news depressed me a LOT-i told my sister to pull out her car and drive all these ladies to Southall Black sisters-this refugee place

if we didnt fear repercussion from the monster men in those families we'd go ahead with it

last night on chanel five news the reporter was talking about yet another honour killing

its 2006 yet still village, cultural mentality exists in our time

evil dogs always gets whats coming to them

May He ta'ala guide the menfolk to fulfill the rights of their spouses - ameen.

May ALLAH guide the in-laws who follow the hindu customs of their forefathers and dodgy religious leaders to the culture of Islaam and the Ulama - ameen.

another cultural thing which is prevailent these days is the "stick it out attitude"

girls who walk out are looked down upon

thats the only thing stopping them ^^^ girls from walking out

one lady had her skull cracked by her abusive hubby-yet still she never walked out-how does she know she'll survive the next brutal attack?

quite a lot of the times they are

looooooadza times the woman is the freshie and the beater is from here, she got no1 to go to .....
