what does any of that got to do with visiting graves to compensate for not being able to do hajj?
Please try to stay on topic.
Its not hard. All I am asking is for you to explain what you mean. Not copy a page from wikipedia or something.
I do not think you have a leg to stand on, thus you have decided to concentrate on a single individual. easy way out. (and I aint brelvi. Others may be, but that is theur concern. On the forums we have had. I have been called many things, and belonging to many groups.)
Back to topic.
Who says that you go to graves to compensate for not being able to do hajj? afterall that was your claim. and it was without any shadow of doubt in your words, so lets see where you get your idea of unity from.
I am sick of people shouting 'unity' and then demanding their own terms on it. It sounds hypocritical to me.

oh and if mods find me going over any line, please moderate accordingly. I will try to follow my own rules, but if I do cross it, think of me as just any other poster.
(and Shazan, I can reply to a few things in that quoted wikipedia entry, but I choose not to. Diferent discussion altogether. And then even you should know that anyone can add, edit or delete any entry in wikipedia. Not exactly a source of authority. What it is good for is following links, and getting atleast some side to a story).
So back to topic, who says that you can visit graves to compensate for not being able to do hajj? and why would one have to compensate considering that if one is not able to, the hajj is not fardh on them?
and how are they affecting muslim unity?

Didn't I say you'd be asking for clarification to any 'answer' he gives?
😂

Well unlike Ed and others, I can stay on topic if I feel like it, and not fall for these side discussions.
And I do not hold any scholar with such reverance that I will drop an issue just to protect the scholar. (that is why I have given the mods a free hand.)
I want to get to the bottom of the issue.
Who says you can visit graves to compensate for hajj?
And who is affecting unity?
Is written falsehood libel, slander or backbiting? (I have never been good with english language, and always get mixed up with the semantics...)
I may learn alot here if it stays on topic. (on the knowledge of the unseen debate we had, I learnt a heck of alot. I had thought there was a real issue to difer over, but I found out it was all about semantics!)

I see no widrawal of the claim which implied that someone has said you can visit a grave to compensate for a hajj... (you do not need to prove wether its an islamically acceptable positiion or not, but just back up your claim...)
and yes I am on-off-topic.

I don't remember any big uproar among the Ulema when he was jailed.
Can't be that much of a reliable and respected scholar then...

Is it worrying that I do not know who you are on about? (and lets keep this to be NOT about personalities.)
And I must stress its a point FOR unity where you should be able to back up your allegations about others.
The others may have the flaws, but at the minimum there is a burden of proof on the accuser to prove his allegations. Then after that the actual issue can be discussed.
Its very off topic, but I want either an answer or an unequivocal retraction. Who says you can compensate for hajj by visiting graves?
Youngest Muslim Reverts in The World.
He's talking about the 'shaykh' behind the infamous 'Devil's Deception of the [insert name of any Muslim sect]' lectures.
He was jailed for inciting hatred aganist Hindus and Jews.
Sheikh el-Faisal.

yep. heard of him.
So lets leave it at the call of evidence... or a full unequivocal retraction of allegations. No need to discuss people. Especially as it cane asily turn into a slagging match.
I expect you'll be asking for clarification of any answer he can come up with.
