Well its about this genius doctor who is always grumpy.
He has a way of making others feel grumpy aswell.
Genius.
In this episode he got shot. And was hallucinating. Did not know what was real and what was not... and he was trying to diagnose a patient. Aswell as himself.
How could he give a correct diagnosis, when some of the things he knew were hallucinations?
