lol yeh admin there are loadsa 'sets' of X-Men, the ones we see in the movies are the first ever invented, the famous guys. to keep the comics original they have to create new mutants and she's in one of the 'new' groups. my link might provide some more info.

The Lover is ever drunk with love;
He is free, he is mad,
He dances with ecstasy and delight.

Caught by our own thoughts,
We worry about every little thing,
But once we get drunk on that love,
Whatever will be, will be.

You crack me up... Lol

Anyhow... did anyone else stick around for the 30 second clip after the credits rolled?

no... but I heard about it later.

it would set up the possibilities for a sequel quite nicely if what I hea\rd was correct.

"For too long, we have been a passively tolerant society, saying to our citizens 'as long as you obey the law, we will leave you alone'" - David Cameron, UK Prime Minister. 13 May 2015.

It would. But the fact that Jean can come back to life even after dying and that Magneto moved a chess piece using his resurrected mutant powers right at the end did that already.

It was brave to let people die.

But very cowardly to give them a path back.

*******WARNING MOVIE SPOILER******************

hhhmmmm firstly i dont think the cure was ever actually permanent.... hence Magneto being able to move the chess piece.

If you've read the original comics you'll know the Jean Gray you all saw get killed... wasnt actually our Jean Gray.

It was disappointed that Professor X died... i think he could have done more. But when Magneto turns on Mystique after she took that shot for him.... that was some cold shtuff.

I didnt actually catch any end clip... can anyone pm it to me... roughly what happened... unless its about magneto moving that chess piece in which case dont bother i saw that bit.

Remember the bit from the start? the video clip discussing ethics? and it links to your first quote...

The bit before he talks to storm about how the weather changes.

The bit where he is silent for a bit.

where someone is discussing the ethics of transferring consciousness from one body to another?

Well that scene is replayed, and the voice is of Xavier, coming from that guy.

More importantly, do you remember what Magneto said in his tv broadcast?

Beast did emphasise the word 'permanently' when addressing the issue...
