lol....dave ur a geezer

You're going to relegate my history to a month? ...I don't want a black history month. Black history is American history.

I am going to stop calling you a white man and I'm going to ask you to stop calling me a black man

APBlack History Month has roots in historian Carter G. Woodson's Negro History Week, which he designated in 1926 as the second week in February to mark the birthdays of Frederick Douglass and Abraham Lincoln.

Woodson said he hoped the week could one day be eliminated — when black history would become fundamental to American history.

Cool guy.

Slight contradiction here:

Freeman notes there is no "white history month," and says the only way to get rid of racism is to "stop talking about it."

I think he means there is no white history month because it's an absurd divisive idea...

Sorta like black history month

He's absolutely right! It's all American history, the minute we stop literally dividing everything into black and white and start thinking of ourselves as "just americans" we can really make progress

the tradiotion of pointless threads continues

long live Karnage 8)

This isn't pointless!! It's Morgan Freeman!

Anyway - I am heading back home tomorrow - this place is once again seriously freaking me out.

I can't believe i'm afraid of ghosts.

I'm not afraid of anything! I go out of my way to prove i'm not afraid of anything!

And yet every time I see that creepy kid over by the stairs I freeze.

That's just girly.

Get a grip Dave! You're Dave!

Yea... soo... I do have a very lonely fiancee to get back to - and there is Mexico...

Don KarnageI love that guy.

He did the movies Glory and Shawshank Redemption - that's good enough for me. But he had to go and impress the hell outta me further by starring in no less than two of the James Patterson - Alex Cross Series.

And now what's he doing?

He's gone and narrated a movie about Penguins marching around in the North Pole.

Can this guy get any cooler?

I submit that he can NOT.

why?
