Halal Entertainment
I always found this subject rather interesting, after going to a speech by a scholar. Because afterwards, i realise that there a very limited amount of halal entertainment round. Well very little seem good enough for the youth as it all about short term buzz, which there is no halal way to compenstate for that in islam IMO.
Does such a concept even exist. Because where entertainment is concern, alot of the time it involve you leaving your obligation too allah swt. Like playing football through Namaaz times, being abusive to ur fellow man, while playing it. Cricket involve a whole day of play, but saying that loads of brother still pray during the day and it is a good site too see during cricket season. You can reads books, wtach endless DVDs, play board games, playstation and nasheeds.
But, does anyone have any suggestion for good halal entertainment. What do people do to keep themselves entertain during the day. Is there any good alternative for the current activity undertaken by the youth. A feedback would be much appreciated.

When/If I become capable of understanding evidence, then I too will look at the evidence, for now I'm gonna rely on the giants of fiqh inshaALLAH.[/quote]
LOL 😂
what part of "I will consult a scholar didn't u understand"
Just stating that the best agrument i seen, seem to state that the hadith actually wasn't mentioning Chess. I was given a brain to make these judgement, so why shouldn't i use it especially where there two agruments, even though just to be on teh safe side I will look for a scholar to claify the position, just to make sure i have all the facts.
