Yesterday I was watching the biggest Islamic event ever on the Islam channel and when Dr Zakir Naik was talking they switched the whole show off and put this stupid show on which had already been repeated many times…. So why did they cut the show off?
Yvonne Riley’s speech was impressive IMO. Nasheed Artists were not good IMO. Dawud blasphemous song about Muhammad was offensive. Imran Khan did a great speech to.
How many people went and why the hell did they cut the show off!?
Just outt of interest jo-dda what lyrics did you find blasphemous?
Gentleness and kindness were never a part of anything except that it made it beautiful, and harshness was never a part of anything except that it made it ugly.

Duwud Wharnsby is such a funny guy, i watched a show on islam channel where a few nasheed artists were present, he seems like such a down to earth person but what was really funny was he said in one of his songs he was doin for a play for the children he had pic of pigs in them or somethin and a lot of people kicked up a fuss sayin u cant do that! Duwud said "bingo thats what i wanted to hear", it was funny yeh if you saw it.
is this intentional???

Why was the show cut off?
What you put in the hearts of others; is what goes back into your own heart…
lol Jo-dda you totally live up to your name.
the song is based on a real incident in the life of the Beloved Prophet SAW.
At first I heard the nasheed I was like "what," but then when I got into I was like, "ohhh" and waiting iompatiently for the outcome of it.

It’s still disrespectful

hmm yeh. even tho i know the story behind tht song, i dont like it, coz with every song its usually the chorus that keeps repeating in ur head after uv listened to it, and that isnt exactly a good thing when it comes to this one.
