What Makes YOU happy?

I read an article in a mag on this topic yesterday

it was called how to be happy-

most of the suggested tips was stuff I do anyway e.g laugh, dont envy others, count ur blessings etc

Anyway, post a list of things that make YOU happy, stuff that makes u laugh and things that make u go "awwww"

Happy people live longer lives-thats a fact

Post YOUR tips on how to be happy.

having a short memory makes me happy number one

little things make me happy especially children

sleeping eating and walking makes me happy

just sitting with family and friends makes me happy

infact everything makes me happy

things that dont make me happy are other peoples misery and our apathy

My nephew make me happy, seeing his child like ways and all innocent not knowing or worrying about what he faces ahead of him, something us grown really should do as well.

There loads of things that make me happy, but i can't remember them at the mo. Seeing nature in all it beauty makes me happy, things that are untouch or not destoryed by man. Seeing Community spirit make me happy, seeing people spending time with their family in the park in the summer make me feel happy. Mostly it the simple things that I once took for granted are mostly the things that make me happy.

What makes me happy depends on my mood.........

but when i am down or in a good mood my lil niece sure makes me happy, the little things she does and how she copies everyone is real cute.......a real angel she is

Being around my cousins makes me happy, having a laugh with people

Also the people on this forum make me happy (most times!) 😃
