am I the only one who is finding it tricky to keep account of everyone?

on the old forums, the id was the first username. on here it is numerical, so you have to look at a few posts before figuring it out.

So can all regulars bookmark this topic.

and post their names when they change so its easier to see who is who.

(Unless you change for a reason to hide your identity from potential newcomers... like averoes... erm... I mean enver... what is he called today?)

I've changed my name. And just to let you know now, so that I don't have to keep posting in this soon to be dead thread, I might change it again in the future.

PS do we have to inform you if we change avatars?Cos I've been doing alot of that too...

Hmmm you know you have been changing your name and avatar a lot... almost as if you are going through some sort of identity crisis.

Family life is cool.

But I have been thinking alot about the future recently (funyy, as I've been working 'very hard' on a history dissertation). Anyway, I've been thinking about who I am and where I'm headed and what I can be. In this vain i have set my sights on a particular postgrad dgree course.

Think of it as an AA meeting.

I x was called y.

As an example:

Hayder >>> Darth Vader >>> Darth v-Hayder >>> Ahlul Sheesha

Averoes >>> Enver.

the avatars do not matter.

It should not be that we comeon the forums and see this new person has got 2000 posts!

every changling should document their name change. ie, if angel decides to change her name, just post saying 'I was called angel, not i am call blah blah.'

Ever think how exploitive we are of the smileys

Because of a whim this poor fella :roll: is gonna have to do that for the rest of forever - just because it was useful for us for the moment.

I couldn't do that for five minutes without a headache.

But in 2 weeks he'll STILL be doing it.

And when i'm asleep tonight hell be still going.

And in a year from now - 10 years from now.

When i'm at my grandkids wedding this guy still be rolling his eyes - in fact in a billion years from now.. he'll still be rolling his eyes.

Thats horrible.
