Ed wants me to weave Khalid bin Waleed into the article about Salahudin. As if that's possible.
Prob gonna be two halfs. One for each of the Soldiers of Allah (that could be the title).

lol gooood luck with that.
I always felt a little sorry for bin Waleed - he gets absolutely no press considering his nearly unprecedented talent. Saladin totally overshadows him just because of the crusades.
If you think about it Saladin wasn't all that spectacular - he was fighting against people waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay seperated from their supply lines. It's amazing the Crusaders made any headway at all.
Meanwhile ibn Waleed was fighting two empires (simultaneously) far closer to their supply lines.
And he never lost a battle.
Now that's impressive
I guess in fairness you could say Waleed didn't have to deal with the disunity Saladin did.
I always thought of Saladin as more of a political talent than a battlefield talent.

I was surprised to find it there.
It's published by some small type Islamic publisher. You don't get many books like that in our library.

Just someone like my friends or relatives who I give the mag to and then they decide to go to the website and check out the forums and think, 'hey that could be..., lets see what he's saying. No way, why is he telling them that, he never told me he thought that/did that. Hey LilBro did you now that...' etc etc.

My name will soon be something else.

What's with all the crazy name changing recently?
I don't thin the other name gave me enough anonymity.
Until I can settle on a new name, you'll have to put up with these 'guest' names.

So, who is Enver?
