btw, Admin, i didnt mention - best callcentre in Europe award 8) many companies come towards us, inc Man Utd, to copy the style and business

Our target is higher than yours... (3.5 or 4 a day...)... and its alot less commission.

But some people who left to work there came back...

I am not sure wether to jump ship or not.

So I have almost decided to stay put til I find a job that is not a call centre.

wages; your place is higher after 3 months. before, mine is higher.

Besides here wo do not have to do overtime. In your place they 'force' you to do it. for full time staff anyway.

commission as u knw is quite a lot, top earner there is a girl called Siddiqa - shes on more than 50k a year, just from selling

It is tempting...

but if I move, I will stop looking for non-call centre jobs.

But then again, I am currently not really looking either...

And money comes, money goes. I do not worry about it.
