Are you Spiritual?

I created this after watching the video in this blog post.

Do you want to be a spiritual person?

Hhhmmmmm this is a hard question to answer let alone explain.
A few years ago... heck a few months ago and I would have said that I believed I was religious but not spiritual (as defined by that video).

But over the last year /6 months or so I think I have become more aware of myself... my life. And the affect Ive had or can have on others. Things that I used to think had meaning no longer did or I saw that they were ultimately pointless. And yet the small things, the things I used to dismiss as meaningless were now nolonger meaningless.

And i realise non of this makes much sense to anyone reading it lol. But alas its a story for another time. So i will just end with yes.
