I've posted some blogs which have been copied and pasted from emails I've been getting from AdbelRahman Mussa. E.g.  and

i just finished reading the book yesterday!

and i never connected with the "love thy self" blog... im sad i didnt..

 

but you know what, im pretty sure the second blog link you posted, it wasnt in the book.

the book had some good ideas mashaaAllah, got you thinking. really interesting, did you get the free consultation?

oh ok I thought it was in the book. I know I've copied and pasted one email on here, which wasn't part of the book, but I thought the links those links were in the book.

I completed the actual consultation but I think you only get the report once you sign up to a programme. 

EDIT:

In the email form, it was like one or two pages per day or something like that, I only scanned the book to make sure it was all the same lol. But basically I didn't get all of it at once, and I think it's a good thing. Anyone who is intending to read it should read a bit a time, and absorb the lessons Smile 

I need to re-read it.

yes, thats true. i finished it in about 3 days but didnt watch any of the videos or the external links as i couldnt access them on kindle.
