I'll need to try this out but i have a feeling that i'll eat them out of the packet before placing them onto my book, let alone placing them and then reaching that paragraph, learning it and then rewarding myself by eating the sweet. I'll need to learn to discipline myself and make sure its well earned.

I have to research study techniques but my group chose the one we're most unfamiliar with.
The above is operant conditioning - positive reinforcement. 😛
