What made you HAPPY today? :D

Bilan โ€”

Simple as that folks..what made you HAPPPY today?

Was it being the first in the lunch que? Was it because you bought that thing that you had your eye on for aaaages? OR...maybe you met a friend that you hadn't seen in years? Alright the examples may not be aall that but but that fine. Ya get the picture Im sure, were all smart enough here (yes I AM talking to you).It doesn't have to be all that, but then again, if it made you happy I guess it WAS.

Wanted to make this topic ages ago actually, but just kept forgetting. What made me happy that day? I got the most aewsome planner thats what! ๐Ÿ˜ƒ Not JUST ur average of the rack planner ladies and gents. It has (ya ready...?) polka dots on a turqoise background! All that for ยฃ1 from dear old Poundland! (I knw I couldnt believe it myself)

I mean if THAT doesnt make someone happy I dnt knw WHAT will!

So yh..pretty happy with that I was.

Also I went to the mosque in Regents park today (for those living in London. For those that dnt...its a mosque in Regents Park..in London (what more can I say? Google's ya friend?)

So yup! went there today (first time ๐Ÿ˜ƒ ). Ive been wanting to for ages as well. But anyhoo... Was actually supposed to go there for a talk.. that didn't actually take place! (Friend must have got her wires crossed Im thinking)

So..if the talk didn't happen, whats there to be happy about I hear you ask. Weeelll....that same mosque has a bookshop! (you get it now dont ya?) So I go to check it out as u do of course. It was a really nice bookshop actually mashAllah. Had lots of stuff, so it was all good. I bought a few things:

1) Lifes and times of the messengers by Ibn Katheer
2) Dua- the weapon of the believer by Abu Ammar Yasir Qadhi
3)Riyad-us-Saliheen volume 1 and 2 (they come as a pair cos I only took 1 to the cashier first lol!) This is a commentary on ahadeeth by Al Imam Abu Zakariya Yahya bin Sharaf An-Nawawi Ad-Dimasqi
4) When the Moon SPlit- bio of the prohet(saw). Was going to get the Nectar's seal but then I saw this and it looked better so...

So far they look good but Ill keep u posted if ur interested in gettin one of them.

Alright then! I hope you people actually do post (NOT for the sake of posting) but just finding little things here and there that put a ๐Ÿ™‚ or ๐Ÿ˜ƒ on that face of urs, which-ever.

That'll be all ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

I was on this 2 day coaching course, it's about using coaching to help stop youth crime and stopping young offenders from re offending. The host of the programme asked everyone at the end of the course what they had learnt and what they enjoyed from the course.

I can't remember exactly what i said but it was something like this "the course really opened my eyes, i hadn't realised the amount of youth that are involve in crime and i was really shocked when i had learnt  that most of them after coming out of prison went straight back in. On the plus side it's been great to learn that there so many organisations helping the youth to stay out of crime and off the streets. It's good to hear that there are people who will still work with young criminals and not shun them away but actually show them another path. I've also learnt how listening and communicating is the key to creating a better society for everyone. Oh and i really enjoyed the food ๐Ÿ™‚ "

The course was great and insha Allah it's my first step to becoming a football coach. Oh and i'm going to the Bolton stadium on the 1st of June to play against the Bolton ZRF foundation there. Can't wait ๐Ÿ™‚
