Eh?

“Before death takes away what you are given, give away whatever there is to give.”

Mawlana Jalal ud Din Rumi

hmm?

Is it true? Is it kind? Is it necessary?

Saw this on FB today..it's just a scene from a bollywood film.

Though the convo that takes place is a very popular one, one that ignorants, intellectuals and the average guy all seem to have their own opinions on. I was laughing when reading the comments on the video clip...some people are just clueless while others think that they have it all figured out. I don't know what im saying...i should be sleeping...

comments on youtube are the worst. people with too much time arguing for the sake of it...

Is it true? Is it kind? Is it necessary?

Interesting...

i dont know but now. watching thsi clip. i feel no shame whatesoever for 9/11. i needed something like this to put everythign i was thinking into a sentence - or a short clip.

sometimes its good to be told...stuff

now. i will not sit here and take abuse from no white woman who dont want me in her country. i will not let no white boys intimidate me in the bus or the street. I think my head isnt going to drop as much now. - is if ever did (and why did it?)

ive done nothing wrong. Islam's done nothing wrong. ive kown this forever and it was there, in the back of my mind. but somehow, watching all those programmes about the kids of 9/11 and the blah blah blah of 9/11 shame or something has grown and shrouded those feelings. well no more. im sorry for the dead people of 9/11 which is still an event nobody knows the whole story of but when american makes movies like "rules of engagement" im not impressed. on either side. im not gona take side. ive got nothing to do with this.

yeah thats it really. me, you, revvy, we got nothing to do with 9/11 so why should we feel ANYTHING about it. out of our very own, inborn compassion we are sorry for - generally - innocent people dying. but out of own very own, innate ISLAM we cannot help but lean towards our BROTHERS and SISTERS, closer to us than our own blood, we cannot help but ally on THEIR side. coz there's KIDS dying EVERY FREAKING DAY.

the 11th of semptember means nothing to me. except maybe the day parents didnt let us watch cartoons at noon and instead we had to sit quietly and watch the news.

PS: but wait..why the heck shouldnt i take side if i wanted to? why should i want to be on the side of the poor people who suffer everyday rather than the rich who suffered ONE day and now are suffering of panic attack and other rich-people-illnesses because they live in the FEAR of threat. Flip this! people out there dont live in the fear of threat. they live IN threat. dont give me bull. we all gotta die someday. might as well not die a wuss. or braindead/washed.

Is it true? Is it kind? Is it necessary?

I-m so happy (Y) Biggrin
