the message of this video is good, but to me it borders on shirk. too much emphasis is put on Muhammad rather than Allah. ghulam rasuul authored some good books. Allah forgive me if i am wrong.

Do you know the definition of shirk?

If you do, then you should know what shirk is and isn't.

Because if you read the hadith, it is mentioned that the sahabah used to adore the prophet ﷺ to such a degree that if the prophet (saw), they would try to catch it and rub it over them for barakah.

Sahih hadith from Sahih Bukhari.

That was the way of the companions, who are we to know better than them?

When it comes to sending salutations and salawat upon the prophet (saw), then that is ordained in the qur'an, and it is mentioned as a sunnah of God and the angels.

Once again, who are we to argue against that?
