Who's the Kareem guy?

The Ramadan guy looks familiar but I can't put my finger on who exactly he is.

My friend said her mum put out food for the birds and even though it was the same food they have everyday, they didn't eat anything.

Then my nan said the same thing.

I wonder if animals fast, they're supposed to be doing ibaadah all the time anyway...
