if speaking urdu reading/writing it which i can do EAZI and agreeing 2 marry a person from abroad which i wud consider depending on the person .in my opinion has nothing to do with becoming less in the british sector.
i learnt a lot of Urdu watching Pakistani Drama's, IMO some of them are really good....they beat indian and english by far
yeh that was dads plan too
but ever since we got sky
bro spends all his time watching cricket
sis just watches sky news, simpsons on Sky One and Islam channel
and I spend my day watching MTV
no one flicks to the Pakistani/indian channels
p.s Dave u can have simon cowell-America needs him to put u unruly Americans in their place-esp the ones who are in deniel about their supposed talents
i probably turn 2 islam channel the most on sky i think its the best ever muslim channel so far.before islam channel i used to watch mta muslim channel ahmadiya..but i didnt know its in fact really non-muslims who run it.

I detest that show - only saw one episode and that was enough for me.
Although.... (and this is really mean)
Did anybody else see the audition for William Hung?
lol I love the part where Simon Cowell tells him he was the worst audition he had ever seen and Hung gives him garbage about "doing his best"
Is he... special?
Somebody told me he has an engineering degree from UCLA (which isn't easy)... but watching that video...
british>british>muslim>muslim>paki>paki
hahahaha
- That means i'm mexican at parties and on weeknights back home
and im indian when it comes 2 food
Salam
Irfan. So what if she wears pretty clothes?
The little furbal is more British than you know. Unlike most girls she just has a good dress sense.
By the way, I dont think that Brits have a national dress like Pakis do.
No one beats the Pakis in how to dress in style, and, in food.
Paki dresses are world's best and their food is fabulous.
Omrow
I've always thought it was classy if a girl knew how to dress well
Well done 3 lilsis you get class points.
I think that puts us at 1,000,000 for me and 14 for lilsis
I'm winning!
Whaaaa? :?

Hmm... who is the most British person on the forum?
Would it be innappropriate if we looked at some forum members as case studies?
eazi .....i'd say omrow coz he has 2 be involved in everything just like the british do
Plus, I think he swore allegiance to the Queen recently.
crazyyyyyyy geeza
good idea
my first nomination is Mr Ed-cos he said sumin similar to what omro said
AND he had it distibuted to thousands of people across UK
"we have to prove that we LOVE England"

The Lover is ever drunk with love;
He is free, he is mad,
He dances with ecstasy and delight.
Caught by our own thoughts,
We worry about every little thing,
But once we get drunk on that love,
Whatever will be, will be.

so ur not the most British person here
and the search continues
Q2-hows literate are u in Urdu/punjabi etc
its very good.....can read and speak just not write...so that puts me back on the british radar!
btw....y must a british person object to marrying abroad? loadza brits get married outside uk! the question bears no relevance

most people cant read or write Urdu
many people can understand the languge
and many coconuts cant speak it
so-ur not back in the british rader
in most situations a British person objects to marryng abroad cos of the culture diff
if u dont see the cultural diff then ur not that British
so thats wy some (native) brits go for thai wives!

i think them who have a stigma with their culture are anti marraige from back home
they are known as the pure British/coconuts

my dad installed sky so that we could watch the Pakistani/indian drama's and learn more about our culture and language
his mission failed
lol .i wonder to what extent watching paki indian channels help 4 a person to learn about they roots.
my dad wants sky off coz mums glued 2 asian channels
i learnt a lot of Urdu watching Pakistani Drama's, IMO some of them are really good....they beat indian and english by far
