ok, something I have heard recently:

Don't start new tasks on tuesdays, or they may go badly

and that even some religious courses are not started on tuesdays.

Is there any truth to this? where is it from?

Question:
My mom does not allow us to take shower/baths on Tuesdays. She says it is better not to take a shower on those days. Is this based of religion, superstition or something else?

There is no problem with having a bath or shower on Tuesdays. I have not seen any prohibition or dislike of this in the Shari'a texts that I have read, nor have the scholars whom I consulted. Allah knows best the source of such a belief.

i know its not good to perform hijamah (cupping) on WEDNESday.

never heard anything about tuesday.

and the recommended days of hijamah are mon/tues/thurs.

there might not be anything about it being not good. but there's stuff about it being good. thats as good as i could find...sorry.
