Make someone to TELL you to hiccup. Both of you have to look at each other and try not to laugh then while waiting for the next hiccup say
"Do a hiccup then! Cmon hiccup! now! hiccup, hiccup, hiccup! Hurry up, hiccup!" in a authoritative tone.
