mhmm...not so much tht. well for example my sister was talking the other day how her friends make a big deal about their bdays and stuff (presents and all tht) but with my friends its not like tht luckily, and its not something tht weve spoken about, it just went without saying. and i guess another thing is that if we were to go out, it wouldnt be somewhere 'inappropriate' or too late, just little things like tht...i hope ive explained myself better now????

yes!! same for me! well..since college. It's so much better. and them little things/details like this really makes me happy!

but before, back in secondary school. i liked my friends but...the only times we would go out or meet up would be for b-days. and i just cant do it. i pray istikhaarah when i get an invitation and that. have you ever read the translation of the duah? it goes something like -mention your affair- if this is any good for me, my religion etc..then make it possible O Allah.

how would going out to an icecream parlour, listening to music and talking about hmm..(let's stop there shall we) going to help me in my religion?!

but now, we just meet up for the sake of it. and no explanation needed, no weird look "why dyou wanna meet up for no reason" kinda thing. it's SO cool!

is there a friend topic in the girl section?

Is it true? Is it kind? Is it necessary?

So the difference is your friends and not how you hang out, which makes just going to the ice cream parlour, cool, too. right?

Why on earth is it called an ice cream parlour?!

why the confused face? yep, its the friends. but its not like we've ever been icecream parlour ever though..yet..

parlour: a place where you can "parler" = talk in french.

# parlor: reception room in an inn or club where visitors can be received
# living room: a room in a private house or establishment where people can sit and talk and relax

so yeah... where you can talk about icecream. and why wouldnt you?

Is it true? Is it kind? Is it necessary?
