Not to our society & desires but to Allah, the Creator of the entire Universe. And He has prepared a great reward for us, a great prize, the ULTIMATE PRIZE - JANNAH!!

Sisters don't just assume that you have already made it to Jannah...Paradise is not for free...You need to sacrifice your desires, you need to work hard to get yourself a seat there, & if you wanna make it to the topmost levels in Jannah with the Queens of Islam, then you REALLY GOTTA BE DIFFERENT THAN AN AVERAGE WOMAN !!
Or else why should "you" deserve it & not someone else?? What is that "extra-factor in you" which is not in the average women ?? It is self-restrain & obedience to Allah's commands. Or else behave like the ignorant & get treated like how they will be treated on Judgment Day. The choice is yours.

Even if you are wearing you headscarf and fully covered up, there are people who have guys in their list..they are going to see..
And also, even if you are wearing the headscarf, why do you want to post them? You want to show off or what?!
Those friends of yours will be having brothers/dads who will be seeing the pictures that she took so obviously he is a non-mahram and he isn't supposed to see 'em. Even if you are having high privacy and only muslimahs in you list those people who took your photo or seeing your photo will have brothers/dads around we can't guarantee that can we?!
Well, when you walk outside, yes there are people who will see you but they will not stare at you until you are wearing something that is attractive an is eye-catching..(you know what I mean..!! People who live in the UAE will understand better

The Islamic code for Hijab is:
the complete body should be covered except the face and the hands upto the wrist..
it should not be see-through
it should not resemble the clothing of the opposite sex
it should not resemble the clothing of the un-believers
it should not be tight fitting
it should not attract the attention of anyone
Even if all these are fulfilled why do you want to put it up there that anybody can see?! as I said do you want to show off...?!

I'm not gna deny that when i've put pics up, that thought has crossed my mind - but like i said its just paranoia. And what you've just said seems very paranoid too. :/ You'd think you're friends have enough brain cells to not look at such pics whilst their dad/brothers are around... the privacy settings can sort that out. and not allow "anybody" to see.

i think it is the same actually because although you may not be as close and see eachother often you still somehow become closer later on and its the same really because of the way you would talk to them
in my opinion i dont think its bad tbh since i do have friends of the opposite gender but you know others may disagree
