Errm, correct me If I'm wrong:
But, I've been brought up with both Sunni/Shiatte way.
Being a Sunni, am i too actually believe that this is who BR. Malik says it is?
Or isn't the Sunnah law that pictures/portraits aren't permissable?

I quite like the way he did his guyliner tbh.

Malik, since you're here, what are your views on Imam Hassan (ra)?

This is just some artist's imagination running wild. Don't bother with it, and yes pics and portraits are NOT permissable in Islam.

Shia Muslims are the majority of the population.
This is permitted according to scholars.
