I think this is pretty shocking.

why are there so many twisted people out there? 🙁

How comes this hasn't been mentioned in British news?

Its apparently not new - the youtube upload is from 2007, the clip from 2003 and the referred to incidence 20 odd years ago.

But still shocking.

There should be more about it on Wikipedia.
