The police say the cameras are there to fight all types of crime.

I think this is a case of where they've just been caught.

Whose to say they dont do this more covertly already in other places.

i don't think it's violating our privacy tbh, i mean they're being put up PUBLIC places so if you don't want to be seen doing something you won't do it out there anyway. Even the secret ones are just like any other CCTV's. But the fact that they're only in certain place which are heavily populated with Muslims is just wrong.

I wouldn't care to much if i was being watched; not like i do anything dodgy. But it is about the principles.
