Its probably going to be a bunch of (scared of ageing) over ambitious women who want to get married and maybe a couple of guys who are going to get their egos stroked.

Ofcourse, if a guy wants to meat potentials, such a place will have a good ratio for him.

(I am basing this off that channel 4 documentary about Muslim marriages based in that mosque)

They need better advertising.

Guys will turn up if you tell them there are loads of girls there. and I suspect that will be the case, but due to political correctness, this will not be marketed and many on the female side of the meat market will be left disappointed due to a lack of... potentials.
