Another point:

We do not accept martyrs as dead. they did die, but they are alive in some way that we can not comprehend.
He may be shia, but I doubt that he believes Hadhrat Ali (ra) can help anyone of his own accord - but that God has bestowed the power in him to do so. There is a big difference between the two - one of having faith and one of not having faith - even if you disagree with the end interpretation, the second one is not kufr as it is recognising that all power is with God.
Thank you. I think you understand the power of Ali and its original source which is God.

People just jump to wrong conclusions because they are biased against Ali. It is strange that most people believe that Jesus could raise the dead back to life, and yet they have problem in accepting that the master of Jesus could do that same thing.

Imam Ali can do even more powerful wonders than Jesus could.

Jesus is alive and will return to serve Imam Mahdi, the 11th descendent of Ali.

FreedomJusticePeace must be a kafir jew or something else. No muslim would say Holy Martyrs are dead.

Jews hate Martyrs. They are terrified of muslims fighters who are willing to die for Allah to liberate stolen Palestine. Evil Jews in the immoral state of Israel always want to occupy the holy land. They dont like resistance from freedom fighters of Allah.

Proof?

to me that sounds like hyperbole, especially as Jesus (as) was a Prophet.

whoa.
You decided to write the WRONG thing buddy.
I AM 100% PALESTINIAN.

God DOES NOT warn us of "even thinking Imam Ali is dead."
Holy martyrs might not be dead, but at one point they do die, then their souls are roused to heaven, and their bodies remain untouched by worms and bugs and such.
Allah (SWT) says in the Quran that Isa AS is the only one that was distinguished by being replaced by a different man and being raised to heaven, therefore leading him to be alive.
You REALLY need to read what you write twice before you publish it, especially things concerning Islam. All of us do. Islam is a very sensitive yet strong religion. One thing that you say incorrect can change everything.
of course, no human being is perfect, and we all do make mistakes. However, the real mistake is shown is if we don't try to fix it.
May Allah (SWT) help us all understand Islam the correct way and voice it in a way that will please Him.

Hover over the following:

[qs:3:169-171]

So it is not just about Imam Ali (ra), but any people killed in the path of God. Yes, they die - but every living thing must die (taste death). That does not mean they are kept that way for ever and ever and ever.
