Oh no....do i have to do this for another whole season again...? tell you how rubbish liverpool are πŸ˜›

Bellamy - good signing...........Pennant is alryt - nowhere near 7 million tho, Duff is waaay better and liverpool missed out on him even tho he cost newcastle 5million

your the team that can reaslistically challenge chelsea? lets not be silly.....mourinho is right, its arsenal and man united.....one thing these 3 teams have is consistency.......besides aresnal last season

liverpool are a cup team, i think they will win a cup....not the CL, maybe FA or league cup...

Michael Carrick πŸ˜ƒ

Exquisite β€” Fri, 4 Aug 2006 - 16:35

well sorry but champions league is old news, dont mind winning that again but dffo the premiership we want that, n we arent rubbish benitez has made some great signings this geezer knws his stuff, Michael carricks ok but ruudy was way better

i forget

STEVEN GERRARD FOR ENGLAND CAPTAIN[/list:u]

Sirus β€” Fri, 4 Aug 2006 - 18:32

the same steven gerrard that had a rubbish world cup? πŸ™‚

lol i think it could be him, or terry..........except terry doesnt seem quite the same for england, but then again neither do lampard or gerrard.........who sports england anyway!!

carrick is good but ruud is way better?

since when does ruud sit in the holding position of midfield and spray passes around? since when did carrick have predatory instincts and score goals?

i think selling ruud was wrong, but if sir alex says it was coz of his attitude after being dropped....then maybe not too bad. all we need is a quality striker, i.e. Torres

benitez hasnt made great signings, if you look at all the players he has brought from spain and other foriegners.....alonso aside......the rest have been flops...garcia has been hit and miss.

you cant challenge for the title, shall i tell you why?

coz steven gerrard is the whole team, fowler and crouch are rubbish

EXQUISITE...............READ THIS LOL

liverpool championship contenders............!!! πŸ˜‚

Liverpool ended their pre-season preparations in the worst possible fashion with a 5-0 thrashing at Bundesliga side Mainz.

The Reds' pre-season campaign went from bad to worse at Stadion am Bruchweg, as Rafa Benitez's side, starting with many of the players who are expected to sustain a Premiership challenge, suffered a second half capitulation.

After disappointing defeats to Kaiserslautern and Grasshopper Zurich, Benitez may have been eyeing a morale-boosting win in Germany.

A non-descript first half, notable only for the anxiety of stand in goalkeeper Scott Carson, finished goalless before Mainz began dismantling Liverpool in embarrassing fashion seconds after the interval.

Jan Kromkamp's mistake allowed in Markus Feulner and the midfielder showed no mistake in dispatching a shot past Carson.

Tobias Damm doubled his side's lead just after the hour mark after more Keystone Cops defending from the visitor's backline - and it got even worse for the English team during the final five minutes.

John Arne Riise continued the theme of the night with more hapless defending as Ranislav Jovanovic intercepted the Norwegian's backpass to slot home and less than 60 seconds later it was 4-0 when Chadli Amri beat Carson with a right-footed shot.

Fatmir Pupalovic put the seal on the match with a fifth goal for his side, while Benitez was left with much to ponder ahead of a UEFA Champions League qualifier against Maccabi Haifa next week.

He added: "The only positive to take from the game in Mainz is that it was a pre-season match. πŸ˜‚

and United won FC Porto, a proper team, 3-1....with carrick setting up the 1st goal 8)

i thot ud miss that

whtever leave them alone the team need to gel together wiv so many great signings its hard for all the great qualities to flow together just gv it time, when its th big teams we will deliver dont you worry bout that, n every1 knw every player have their ups n downs

n you wouldnt be saying that abt ruud if fergie didnt sell him, if he was still at united you'd be bigging him up

football season hasnt even started and your already at it

anyways did anybody watch the cricket πŸ˜ƒ ,

did you see the lionheart performance of Mohammed Yousuf and Younis Khan who both showed courage , determination and skill to overtake englands massive total

Mohammed Yousef is a batting genious in my opinion number one batsmen in the world and Younis is a future great

and who saw the way inzaman got out πŸ˜‚

If somehow :? pakistan can manage just one good bowling performance agaisnt england we may still win this match, and shoaib and asif are both ready for the next test πŸ™‚

its all down to tomorrow can pakistan bowl out england in one day :?:

inshallah they can 8)

Sirus β€” Mon, 7 Aug 2006 - 14:02

i agree.....muhammed yousaf and younis khan are the most consistent pakistani batsmen....and usually the ones who make most runs

well done, excellent batting

thing is.....our bowlers at the moment are rubbish...complete rubbish

compare that to monty and harmison who hav been giving the batsmen nightmares..........and the inzy wicket πŸ˜‚ that was hilarious lol

i think it will end in a draw, wich isnt bad wen u consider england knocked up 515

Sirus β€” Mon, 7 Aug 2006 - 14:07

bold parts are contradictory and dont make sense....they arent qualities of the greats

i've said before, im gutted the dutch master is going......and now fergie says it was coz of his attitude after being dropped for carling final.....so dunno why he's gone....but i think it is bad news. but - out with the old, and in with the new. i still rate ruud and wish him all the best, he's gona turn real madrid into a new force and really challenge barcelona.......ruud and becks are a class act when they play together. precise pass - clinical finish.

united won amsterdam tournament with a lot of youngsters πŸ˜ƒ but, unlike liverpool, we wont class it as a proper trophy πŸ˜‚

Sirus β€” Tue, 8 Aug 2006 - 16:53

pakistan, what an embarresment πŸ˜ƒ

after setting up a mouth watering final day, the whole day to make 300 odd runs, crumbled at 155 all out

no muhammad yousaf century - no pakistan high score.

englands best bowler today, sajid mahmood....second best, monty panesar...all asians lol.

sajid mahmood shud play for us

test series over....lets pray we win some one dayers

arsenal and liverpool?....oh yeah, qualifiers!!

equanimity β€” Tue, 8 Aug 2006 - 16:59

pakistan were dissapointing πŸ™

they needs improve their fielding, improve their bowling , and not rely on younis , yousuf and inazaman to make all the runs

oh well there is still light at the end of the tunnel

shoaib and asif are fit and should play in the last test, also pakistan is a very good one-day side , lets hope they show us how we know they can play

true, younis and yousaf are the best batsmen. inzy has two sides....sometimes he comes up short

the opening batsmen are poor....pakistan always seem to rely on the middle order.

bowling wise....no quality in there, nothing to scare england. wherz abdur razaq?

how many ODI's?

Freshi, it's to early to upset my afa, the season hasn’t started, anyone but Chelsea would do for me this season

I thought Ibrahimovic was always a Muslims, his parents either mother or father is Bosnian

I said it's not the same (Times have changed), and I haven’t changed my opinion...... I'm clubless- but is the deal still going ahead?

Sirus β€” Thu, 10 Aug 2006 - 15:02

the deal was complete last season :?

i know there were boycott attempts, but i doubted that would have done the trick anyway.

as it stands, Israel will hold 2 events at the Emirates stadium a year, the players and the club will advertise israel, and i presume in israel, a lot of arsenal will be apparent.

Clubless?
