I am really tired of receiving really inappropriate texts that are supposed to be 'funny',

Astagfirullah whatever he did during his life, whether he converted or not, whether he died of natural causes or not, I think death is not a laughing matter, there is a reason why its the destroyer of all pleasures and I am sickened to see texts like these being sent around. :|

Can I asked why you felt it necessary to post them up in full on here, then? I might have laughed at one of them.

So why post them up there? What would be wrong with saying you didn't like all the 'jokes' via text msg, without sharing them?

Anyway, it doesn't really matter.

Most people find inappropriate stuff funny. I do. Sometimes. Not that I would send jokes about his death around, but even before confirmation of his death, there weer people online already mocking him.

According to Muslim Matters:

UPDATE: There are multiple reports coming from religious leaders confirming that Michael Jackson was Muslim. Most notably, they come from Imam Zaid Shakir who said he has reliable sources, and Imam Johari Malik who said CNN reported an Imam will be visiting the family for janazah arrangements. We’ll keep you posted of any more news as well as any updates on if Jackson will indeed be receiving a Salatul Janazah.

ARE YOU SERIOUS?!

He is a famous spoon-bender and also best friend of Michael Jackson.

Yep, that's right: he's a spoon-bender.
He is a famous spoon-bender and also best friend of Michael Jackson...
... Who had not spoken to Michael Jackson in years (been told there was no contact ever since the Martin Bashir Doc) and when hearing about the possible demise ofhis "dear and beloved friend", instead of contacting him/friends/family to see things were alright, he was instead on TV milking it for the fame.

... He also 'helped England beat the Netherlands 4-1 at football in 1996' by going on TV and making the screen orange and then getting people to put their hands on the screen to 'feed their energy to/through Terry Venables' or something like that.

Apart from the first genuine bid 3 days ago, the rest have been made after he was reported to have died. Funny people.
Assalamu alaikum

I'm collecting Michael Jackson memorabilia items, I remember a few said they had tickets to the event at o2 on the tribune page a few days ago. Is anyone interested in giving them away even if it just one? (I can pay a small amount if you wanted but nothing as I'm still a student. Cool thanks 🙂

They weren't due to be posted until a few weeks before the actual concerts, so most people wouldn't have got them yet.

Did all that happen when we used to watch Sponge Bob Square pants? and Powerpuff Girls?
Nah... WAAAYYY before then. This was before Tellytubbies started too!

Regarding MJ's tickets, fans who want a copy of the actual ticket that they would have received nearer to the show can request this when they request the refund if they wish as the tickets were inspired and designed by MJ, there is no charge for that.

Just thought I'd let you know that there are new episodes of Spongebob out 😉 😃

apparently the tickets are being sold on ebay with a massive markup as memorabilia, so that might be a better wya to go than to get a normal refund for people that have them.
