I perfer the ones with arabic music and words. Really nice to listen to even though i dont understand them all the time.

nasheeds have lost there meanings, all u here is the musical instruments. that's all i use to listen to before, but now they don't do anything for my spiritual state, it's the urdu ones that go through me and grow my love for the holy prophet (saw).

well i have only started listening to nasheed quite recently so still exploring. I was a big dance music lover (i know im a big chav) before the nasheeds so hence the rhythm and beat lol.

Naat (Persian) - is poetry in praise of Prophet Muhammad (saw).

Hamd (Arabic) - is poetry in praise of Allah (swt).

Nasheed is just an arabic word for Islamic songs.
