Prayer

Do you do prayer 5 times a day? I was just wondering, as I find it very hard to remember. And all the negative energy that surrounds me doesn't help; for eg TV, PS3, Laptop.

It's not going to be easy - it will be struggle.

Being in a good routine helps - if you set your routines that their starts or ends clash with prayer times it is much easier than having to e.g. take a break in the middle of a session on the PS3.

So if you have half an hour for prayer, instead of saying "let me play a bit and then I will pray", just wait for prayer before playing. That way you will want to read it as soon as possible.

It won't always work like that though.

(I also find that if I have wudu, getting up for prayer is much much easier.)

Thank you Pardon

Also your mind set can be a hinderance or help towards praying. If you see it as a burden then you won't get to pray; but if you see it as an invitation by the King of Kings to communicate with him your wishes, fears and ask for forgiveness then that's going to help you way more.
